Ingredients:
4 slices bread
2 tsp Dijon mustard or another really mild one
4 slices ham
60g cheddar cheese
Method:
On two slices of the bread smear the mild mustard.
Top that with the ham and then the cheese.
If you have a drop toaster that is great and simply cook them in that until they are browned and the cheese has started to melt.
If not smear the outsides with a little butter and fry in a dry pan over a moderate heat until golden on both sides.
Cut in half and serve.
