Banana and Choc Chip Muffins

Serves 12; Prep: 10 mins; Cook: 20 mins; Nutritional Value: Dietary fibre

Ingredients:
2 cups S.R. flour
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
½ cup choc chips or buttons
3 large, ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup milk
125g butter, melted but cooled
Extra choc chips or buttons

Method:
In one bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
In another combine the banana mash, eggs, milk and butter.
Combine the two mixtures and lightly combine together.
Divide between twelve paper-lined muffin tins, scattering over the extra chocolate.
Bake in a 180C oven until risen and golden brown.
